This policy explains what personal information Vignanam365 collects, why, and the choices you have. operates this website.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, e-mail address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
  • Library and activity: the e-books you add, buy, read or download, and your reading position, so we can show your library and continue where you left off.
  • Payments: order and subscription records, amounts, status and the payment reference issued by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and are never stored on our servers.
  • Messages: what you send through the contact form or an Instagram access request.
  • Technical data: limited server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting, and anonymous page-speed measurements that contain no identifiers.

How we use it

To provide your account and library, process payments, send receipts and security e-mails, answer your messages, prevent abuse, and improve speed and reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and protect forms against forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (payment processing by Razorpay, e-mail delivery and hosting), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and service.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is active and payment records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by writing to support@vignanam365.com. Some records, such as invoices and payment history, may have to be kept for legal reasons.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, payment pages are provided by Razorpay, and access to e-book files is checked on the server for every request.
